Doggy Territory Battle Privacy Policy

The short version

• There is no account, no login, and no Domolo Labs server that stores your information. Your game progress lives only on your device.
• If you are under 13, or don't tell us your age, the app shows only non-personalized, child-directed ads and collects no analytics at all.
• Every ad request in the current version is non-personalized, whatever your age. The app does not ask for permission to track you and does not use your device's advertising identifier.
• You can remove ads with a one-time in-app purchase handled entirely by Apple. We never see your payment details.

Age information (stays on your device)

The first time you open the app, it asks for a birth year. The answer only decides whether the app treats you as a child (under 13), which changes what ads and analytics the app allows. The birth year is stored on your device and is never sent to us. If no age is given, the app treats the player as a child.

Game data (stays on your device)

Your dog pen, coins, unlocked breeds, tower progress and settings are stored only on your device. We have no copy. Deleting the app deletes them. There is no cloud backup or sync in this version.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The app shows ads through Google AdMob to support free play.

• Under 13, or age unknown: every ad request is tagged as child-directed, limited to Google's "General audiences" content rating, and non-personalized.
• 13 and older: ad requests are non-personalized. In the EEA and UK, Google's consent form appears before any ad loads.
• Ad audio is always muted.

To serve and measure ads, Google may collect information such as a device identifier, coarse location derived from your IP address, and ad interactions. See Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from apps that use its services.

Analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase)

Under 13, or age unknown: no analytics are collected at all. The app turns Firebase Analytics collection off for these players, and every event it would log is also blocked by the same age check.

13 and older: the app logs gameplay events, such as a round starting or ending, a breed being unlocked, a daily reward being claimed, a tower floor being cleared or failed, and the Remove Ads purchase, so we can see which parts of the game people play and where new players get stuck. These events never include your name, email, or anything you type. Firebase also collects standard app information (such as app version, device model, an app-instance identifier and session length) as described in Firebase's privacy information.

The app does not use any other Firebase product.

New tower levels

The app may download a file of new tower levels from domololabs.com when it opens. The app adds no account, identifier or cookie to that request. Like any web request, it reaches our website host with your IP address and basic device and app version information, which are used only to deliver the file and are never used to identify or track anyone.

Game Center

Signing in to Game Center is optional. If you do, your scores are sent to Apple's Game Center leaderboards, and online matches are run through Game Center. Players see each other's Game Center nickname only; there is no chat. Game Center is operated by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy, and Screen Time settings on the device can limit it.

In-app purchase

The Remove Ads purchase is processed entirely by Apple. We never receive your payment card, billing address or Apple ID.

If you contact us

The Feedback screen opens an email in your own Mail app addressed to support@domololabs.com. Nothing is sent unless you send that email. If you do, we receive what you wrote and your email address, and use them only to reply.

Children's privacy

Children play this game, and the age question exists so we can protect them. Players under 13, and anyone who has not given an age, get non-personalized, child-directed ads only and no analytics. We do not knowingly collect names, email addresses, precise location or other personal information from children through gameplay.

A parent who believes their child has sent us personal information (for example, by emailing feedback) can write to support@domololabs.com and we will delete it.

Your choices

• Change the age answer: Settings → Privacy Choices clears the stored age and consent, and the app asks again.
• Remove ads: the one-time Remove Ads purchase stops all ad requests.
• Delete everything: deleting the app removes all of its data, since none of it is stored anywhere else.

Changes to this policy

If what the app collects or how it is used changes, we will update this page and the date above before that version is released.
