These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, apps, and services provided by Domolo Labs, LLC ("Domolo Labs," "we," "our," "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.
You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the services only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. By using the services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the services for your personal, non‑commercial use, subject to these Terms.

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
You retain ownership of content you create or submit through the services, such as saved quotes, notes, and feedback. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process that content solely to operate and improve the services.
You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the rights to submit it. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
The services, including software, design, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by Domolo Labs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted to you, no rights are transferred.
Our services may rely on or link to third‑party platforms (for example, Apple, Google AdMob, and Firebase). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third‑party services or content.
If a service offers paid features or subscriptions, purchases are processed through the applicable app store or payment provider and are subject to their terms. Pricing, billing, and renewal details are presented at the point of purchase. Refunds are handled according to the relevant store's policy.
Your use of the services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we use it.
The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or secure. Any content provided through the services is for general informational purposes and is not professional advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Domolo Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from or related to your use of the services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Domolo Labs and its officers, members, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the services or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue a service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post changes here and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
