FitFlow Lab Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 20, 2026
Domolo Labs, LLC ("Domolo Labs," "we," "us") makes FitFlow Lab, an interval and workout timer. This policy explains what the app collects, how it is used, and your choices. It describes what the app actually does today.
The short version
- There is no account, no login, and no Domolo Labs server. Your routines and settings stay on your device, plus your own iCloud if you have it turned on.
- The free version shows ads from Google AdMob. Google may collect device and usage information to serve them.
- The app does not ask for permission to track you across other companies' apps and websites.
- Remove Ads and tips are one-time purchases handled entirely by Apple. We never see your payment details.
Your routines and settings
Routines, timer settings and workout history are stored on your device. If iCloud is turned on for FitFlow Lab, the app also keeps a copy of your routines in your own private iCloud database so they survive a reinstall or move to a new device. That copy belongs to your Apple account; we cannot see, access or recover it. See Apple's Privacy Policy.
Live Activities and the Dynamic Island show your running timer on your device only.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
The free version shows banner and native ads through Google AdMob. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland, Google's consent form appears before any ad loads, and you can change your choice any time from Settings › Privacy choices.
You can also choose to watch an ad to support us ("Watch an ad to support us"); in return, banners are turned off for 24 hours. That ad only plays when you tap the button.
To serve, limit and measure ads, Google may collect information such as device and app information, an identifier for the app on your device, coarse location derived from your IP address, and ad interactions. Because the app never asks for tracking permission, Apple's advertising identifier is not shared. See Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from apps that use its services.
Purchases
Remove Ads (one-time) and the optional coffee tips are processed entirely by Apple. We never receive your payment card, billing address or Apple ID, only Apple's standard sales reports.
Sharing and importing routines
If you share or export a routine (text, PDF, image or file), the app opens the iOS share sheet or copies it to your clipboard. You choose where it goes, and from there it is handled by the app or service you picked under its own privacy terms. Importing reads only a file or text you choose.
Analytics
The app sends no analytics to us or to any analytics service.
Deleting your data
Delete routines in the app, or delete the app to remove what is on your device. To remove the iCloud copy, go to iOS Settings › your name › iCloud › Manage Account Storage, choose FitFlow Lab and delete its data.
Children
FitFlow Lab is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
If what the app collects or how it is used changes, we will update this page and the date above before that version is released.
