RequestTracker Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 9, 2026
RequestTracker is made by Domolo Labs, LLC ("we"). This policy explains what happens to your information when you use the RequestTracker iOS app.
We don't collect any data
RequestTracker has no account, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. The app makes no network connections. Nothing you enter is sent to us or to anyone else.
What the app stores, and where
The requests you add (agency names, jurisdictions, dates, fees, exemptions and your notes) are stored only in the app's database on your device. iOS encrypts that data while your device is locked. We can't see it, access it or recover it.
Exports and imports
If you export your data, the app creates a file and opens the iOS share sheet. You choose where the file goes (Files, AirDrop, email and so on), and from there it is handled by the app or service you picked, under its own privacy terms. Importing a backup reads only a file you choose.
Deleting your data
Delete individual requests in the app, or delete the app to remove everything. We keep no copy, so deleted data can't be recovered unless you exported a backup.
Children
RequestTracker is not directed at children under 13 and collects no information from anyone.
Changes to this policy
If what the app collects or how it is used changes, we will update this page and the date above before that version is released.
