Sneaky Pup Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 23, 2026
Domolo Labs, LLC ("Domolo Labs," "we," "us") makes Sneaky Pup, a puzzle game that children may play. This policy explains what the app collects, how it is used, and the choices you and your child have. It describes what the app actually does today.
The short version
- There is no account, no login, no chat, no analytics and no Domolo Labs server. Your progress is stored only on your device.
- The free game shows ads from Google AdMob. Every ad request is non-personalized, whatever your age. If you are under 13, or don't tell us your age, ads are also tagged as child-directed and limited to Google's "General audiences" rating.
- The app does not ask for permission to track you and does not use your device's advertising identifier.
- Remove Ads Forever and the optional tips are one-time purchases handled entirely by Apple. For players under 13 or of unknown age, they sit behind a parental gate.
Age information (stays on your device)
The first time you open the app, it asks for a birth year. The answer only decides whether the app treats the player as a child (under 13), which changes the ad settings and whether the parental gate appears. The birth year is stored on your device and is never sent to us. If no age is given, the app treats the player as a child.
Game progress (stays on your device)
Missions completed, stars, gear, prestige rank and settings are stored only on your device. We have no copy. Deleting the app deletes them.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
Ads help keep the game free. The app shows:
- a banner on the Home screen and the Missions list;
- at most one full-screen ad a day, after a daily puzzle result;
- rewarded ads only when the player taps to watch one (to prestige, or "watch an ad to support us," which turns banners off for 24 hours).
Every request is non-personalized. Under 13, or age unknown: requests are also tagged as child-directed and limited to Google's "General audiences" content rating. 13 and older: content is limited to Google's "Parental guidance" rating. In the EEA and UK, Google's consent form appears before any ad loads. Ad audio is always muted.
To serve and measure ads, Google may collect information such as a device identifier, coarse location derived from your IP address, and ad interactions. See Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from apps that use its services.
Game Center
Signing in to Game Center is optional, and the sign-in sheet only appears when the player taps Sign In on the Leaderboards screen. If you sign in, your prestige rank, total stars and daily streak are sent to Apple's Game Center leaderboards, where other players can see them next to your Game Center nickname. There is no chat and no multiplayer. Game Center is operated by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy, and Screen Time settings on the device can limit it.
Purchases
Remove Ads Forever (one-time) turns off banners, the daily full-screen ad and the prestige ad. Three optional tips unlock nothing. All purchases are processed by Apple; we never receive your payment card, billing address or Apple ID. For players under 13 or of unknown age, the Support screen asks a grown-up to answer a math question before any purchase or ad option appears.
The in-game store sells gear for stars earned in play. It takes no real money.
Sharing a result
After a daily puzzle you can tap Share to send a short text with your result (the puzzle number, stars and number of moves). It contains no name or personal details. Sharing opens the iOS share sheet, nothing is sent unless you pick an app and send it, and from there it is handled by that app under its own privacy terms. Parents can limit this with Screen Time.
Children's privacy (COPPA)
Children play this game, and the age question exists to protect them. Players under 13, and anyone who has not given an age, get non-personalized, child-directed ads only, and purchases sit behind a parental gate. The app has no analytics, and we do not collect names, email addresses, precise location or other personal information from children. Ad data collected by Google is handled under Google's policies linked above.
A parent who believes their child has sent us personal information (for example, by emailing us) can write to support@domololabs.com and we will delete it.
Your choices
- Remove ads: the one-time Remove Ads Forever purchase stops all ad requests.
- Game Center: don't sign in, or sign out in iOS Settings › Game Center, and no scores are sent.
- Change the age answer or delete everything: delete the app. All of its data is removed, since none of it is stored anywhere else, and the age question appears again on reinstall.
Changes to this policy
If what the app collects or how it is used changes, we will update this page and the date above before that version is released.
